MICROS Reports Fourth Quarter and FY2001 ResultsCOLUMBIA, Md., Aug. 29 / MICROS Systems, Inc. MCRS, a leading supplier of information systems to the hospitality industry, today announced the results for its fiscal 2001 fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2001. Revenue for the quarter was $90.2 million, an increase of $12.6 million, or 16.3%, over the year ago fourth quarter. Net income for the quarter was of $1.1 million, an increase of $8.8 million over the year ago loss of $7.7 million. Earnings per share, on a diluted basis, were $0.06, an increase of $0.51 over the year ago quarter's $0.45 loss per share.
