Avery brings many years of hospitality and technology experience to Newmarket, much of which he gained during his tenure at Newmarket from 1988 to 1999. With former roles as President of HSMAI -Boston chapter and International President for HSMAI, Avery's passion and expertise within the hospitality industry is well known.
Avery returns to Newmarket after spending the past 2 years successfully developing and leading Niche Software's sales force. Avery's ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales organizations played a key role in his success at Niche, where he more than doubled the company's sales revenue. Among the numerous industry options Avery had, his decision to return to Newmarket was based on the company's brilliant future and their continued development of products and services to meet the evolving needs of the hospitality marketplace.
