HITEC 2015 attendees will be able to preview the upcoming release of the iPlan event planning solution from Newmarket® International, Inc. ("Newmarket"), an Amadeus company. Meeting Planners and Event Professionals make quick decisions on event space, as well as want direct communication with properties as it relates to room setup and event diagrams. Venues need to showcase their property in a professional, and engaging format in order to make it on to a short list for a planner. With iPlan, venues are able to showcase their meeting space in an informative, and interactive way, allowing planners and venues to create and manage room diagrams online. Through built in collaboration tools, iPlan allows a social, conversational method of communication between a potential meeting planner, and a venue. This decreases the communication gap between initial research and event execution especially as it relates to setup diagrams.
