room attendant mobile apps. REX,
the first solution of its kind, streamlines the entire room assignment and
cleaning processto get guests into their rooms faster. It utilizes Apple's™ iPod Touch™/iPhone™
and Google Android handhelds to direct housekeeping staff to clean the right room at the right time,
every time. Using status change information from the Property Management System (PMS) and other
systems, REX optimizes the order in which rooms are
assigned for cleaning to get them back into inventory faster thus reducing wait time for guests.
