Delphi was selected to improve the reporting and forecasting to enable the Berns sales organisation to proactively sell group business.
With seven function rooms and two 4-star restaurants, Berns Salonger required a flexible system to manage its group sales and catering business. Moreover, being located in Stockholm’s city center makes Berns Salonger a desirable location for any event ranging from gala dinners to launching parties. We would manually cull together reports to see the gaps in occupancy.
