Portsmouth, NH | Newmarket International, Inc., the leader in sales and catering solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced that it launched a regional certification program for hospitality professionals. Based on the success of the certification course at Newmarket’s annual user conference in April of this year, NewmarketPLUS, the company expanded the program to cities throughout the United States. A Newmarket Systems Analyst (NSA) is often on the front lines of managing Delphi, the leading sales and catering system and a mission critical application for their company. With this course, students will be able to customize the Delphi system best suited for their property’s or organization’s business processes, maintain the health of the database and produce better reports. According to a recent participant, Jessica Barclay from Sage Hospitality, “I was impressed not only with the depth and scope of information covered, but also the clarity with which it was presented. The CNSA course gave me the tools I need to effectively and successfully manage my 20+ property Delphi Multi Property environment, as well as many tips and tricks to save time. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone in the System Administrator role- it is an absolute ‘must’.” Newmarket’s experience as educators is vast. The company has developed and deployed over 1,000 unique instructor-led training courses, 250 virtual classroom courses, and certified over 50,000 users using 140 hours of self-paced training solutions that track individual student data. Newmarket also offers another certification, Newmarket International Certified Engineer (NICE) which is available online. “The enthusiasm and commitment from our customers to continue their education of Delphi is exciting for us a company,” said Sean O’Neill, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Newmarket International, Inc. “Educational development is just one facet of our company, but one with extreme importance to our customers as they look to maximize their technology investments. We will continue to build our strong community of customers by offering great learning opportunities in 2009.” Upcoming dates and locations for the 2008 CNSA regional training sessions are as follows:
