Brendon joins IDeaS with a background of more than fifteen years in the hospitality industry. Most recently he served as Director of Sales in Europe for SynXis. “I have known about IDeaS Revenue Optimization for many years, but I learned much more about the company following the introduction of IDeaS’ new ASP version, V5i, which has an interface with the SynXis Central Reservation System (CRS). Before joining SynXis, Brendon spent 12 years as co-founder and Director of Hot Key International, a hotel representation company based in the United Kingdom with 1,100 client hotels in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that he had travel distribution roles with Galileo, Unisys and British Airways.
