Pune, India | IDeaS, the leading provider of hospitality revenue optimization solutions and one of the industry’s fastest growing technology companies today announced that Rajashree Vivek Kale has joined the company as it’s Director of Software and Quality Assurance in the company’s Pune, India software development center.
“As IDeaS’ industry leading solutions have become more robust, our requirement for additional team members with diverse skills has become only more heightened,” said Rajiv Nashikkar, Managing Director of IDeaS India Facility. “In that spirit, Rajashree’s vast experience in system architecture, solution design and software lifecycle management make her a very valuable addition to our development organization.” Ms. Kale joins IDeaS following a very successful tenure at Adobe Systems where she was most recently the Engineering Manager responsible for the Adobe FrameMaker product. During her years there, Rajashree managed a cross functional team that consistently delivered very successful applications. Prior to her time at Adobe, Rajashree held positions of increasing responsibility for an array of leading India-based technology companies including eQ Technologic, Parametric Technology Corporation, and Advanced Graphic Systems. Ms. Kale holds a Bachelors degree in Math from the University of Pune and holds a Masters in Computer Applications from the University of Pune.
