(Portsmouth, New Hampshire) Newmarket International will install a full complement of Delphi products including Delphi Multi- Property Edition®, Delphi Single Property Edition™, Delphi Global Sales Edition™, eProposal™, Delphi Diagrams™ and MeetingBrokerSM in 30 Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts properties. The Hong-Kong-based hotel chain is Asia Pacific’s leading luxury hotel group. The installation was started in the second quarter of 2005 and will be completed by the end of 2006. Delphi, by Newmarket International Inc., is the leading sales and catering software solution for the global hospitality industry.

Shangri-La selected Newmarket International as its sales partner because of the breadth, depth and functionality of the Delphi product line, and the sales advantages it ensures. The software’s complete multi-language capability was also an important feature, allowing Shangri-La to do business in key Asian markets and enter data in Chinese, Japanese or English, thereby streamlining its operations and reporting capabilities. Newmarket partnered with Basis Technology of Cambridge MA, USA, to develop the multi-language version of the software.
