For his work for HTNG as a whole Juan was awarded the 2005 Director's Leadership Award, presented by the HTNG Board of Directors to the single individual, who, during 2005 most exemplified the spirit of HTNG's cooperative efforts. In addition, Juan was recognized along with five other individuals with Leadership Awards for their roles in three respective workgroups that were active in 2005. That award was based on feedback from Juan's peers in the Distribution workgroup.
