Meeting planners using StarCite are seamlessly connected to MeetingBroker subscribing hotel properties allowing for streamlined electronic communications and automated exchange of proposal data. Responses entered in MeetingBroker automatically and immediately populate relevant sections in StarCite.
RFPs originating from StarCite’s Online Marketplace will automatically flow into MeetingBroker where they will be instantly assigned and routed to the appropriate hotel sales person. MeetingBroker provides a suite of tools for ensuring a fast response to RFPs through lead escalation rules, and for tracking against response time guarantees.
