Travelodge UK completes Estate-wide implementation of IDeaS Revenue Optimization Solution in 90 days
Speed and scope of the installation highlights ease of deployment for large-scale hospitality chains and hotels serving the economy sector

An industry first in both size and speed of the implementation, the Travelodge deployment included all 240 hotels representing more than 14,000 rooms. The rollout was made even more impressive by being completed in 90 days, beating the original implementation schedule of 100 days.

Prior to estate-wide deployment, Travelodge conducted a proof-of-concept pilot program that focused on whether a large budget hotel sector group could successfully and economically adopt revenue management. “In our pilot, we were able to prove conclusively that IDeaS would work in the Travelodge environment and deliver results,” said Grant Hearn, Travelodge CEO. “IDeaS ability to then take it a step further and complete the installation seamlessly and ahead of schedule exceeded our high expectations.
