This promotion coincides with the opening of IDeaS Technology Center of Excellence in Pune, India. VK graduated from the Regional Engineering College in Jaipur, India and pursued a career in the Indian Air Force, where he became a Wing Commander, prior to joining IDeaS in 1998, as the founding member of IDeaS India operations. Over the past five years, VK has built a world-class technical team and the IDeaS Technology Center of Excellence in Pune, India. Coinciding with VK's promotion, he and other members of IDeaS executive team recently unveiled the IDeaS Technology Center of Excellence, a state-of-the-art facility with a workforce of specialists in software development, quality assurance and client CARE. "The IDeaS team worldwide exhibits a very unique cross-pollination of technical abilities and expertise," said VK Kala.
