LAS VEGAS — Newmarket International Inc. today announced that its industry-leading DelphiTM Multi-Property Edition sales and catering software solution and NetXchange MeetingBrokerTM web-based electronic lead sharing application will be leveraged by Wynn Resorts, Limited,
[NASDAQ: WYNN]
for use at Le Rêve, which is intended to be the preeminent luxury hotel casino in Las Vegas with more than 200,000 square feet of convention space and meeting space, and 18 distinctive dining outlets.
Being developed by Wynn Resorts, Le Rêve is scheduled to open in April 2005 and will employ more than 8,000 people. The five star resort, whose name is French for "The Dream," will be located on the Las Vegas Strip, across the street from two of the nation's largest convention centers, on approximately 192 acres at the site of the legendary Desert Inn Resort & Casino. Le Rêve is expected to feature approximately 2,700 luxurious guestrooms, a casually elegant casino of approximately 111,000 square feet, a 2,000-seat showroom, an exclusive on-site 18-hole championship golf course, and state-of-the art recreational facilities. The resort also will house a full-service Ferrari and Maserati dealership and art works from The Wynn Collection, a gallery which at various times has included works by such masters as Gauguin, Matisse, Cézanne, van Gogh and Picasso. Newmarket International — creator of industry-leading Delphi Sales & Catering solutions that help to manage more than 85 million square feet of convention, banquet and meeting space has been enlisted by Wynn Resorts to manage Le Rêve's group business and related meeting space and sales and catering operations. Two specific Newmarket International solutions will be instituted at Le Rêve to capitalize on and better manage group business opportunities: Delphi Multi-Property Edition — software tools automating group, sales, catering and banquet functions across an entire enterprise to capture cross-selling capabilities and improve productivity and profitability; and NetXchange MeetingBroker — an Internet-based exchange seamlessly integrating lead sources such as electronic RFP sites and national sales offices to a property's sales system. Last year, NetXchange MeetingBroker, on average, helped generate more than 500,000 electronic bookings per month.
