Sunstone Hotel Investors LLC Selects Newmarket's NetDelphi Enterprise to Streamline Sales and Account Management for all 56 of their hotels
Sunstone uses Newmarket's web-enabled enterprise application to automate all 56 of their properties in multiple hotel clusters located within the western United States

Portsmouth, NH -- Newmarket International's NetDelphi Enterprise, formally known as Delphi Multi-Property Edition (Delphi MPE), has been selected by Sunstone Hotels as their exclusive application for streamlining sales and account management across their multiple hotel clusters.

NetDelphi Enterprise is a sales and catering application that automates the operations of multiple hotels into a single system. NetDelphi Enterprise provides all salespeople with single-image inventory and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage every aspect of their sales effort, from volume transient sales, to large group conferences. Full Internet access to the system for remote, mobile and distributed users empowers the sales force to sell into any property in the group with real-time information pulled from a single database.

Scott Dahl, Vice President of Revenue Management with Sunstone, likes Enterprise for other reasons. Also, the combination of on-site training, Virtual Classroom Training (VCT), and Computer Based Training (CBT) provide a practical, cost effective solution for multiple hotel clusters. The various training options enable customers to work at their own pace as well as revisit classes as refresher courses.
