Newmarket's New Computer-Based Training Course Improves Efficiencies of Delphi Training for New Employees
Interactive CD-ROM enables hotels to cut training costs and maintain consistency in employees' use of world's premier sales & event management application

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- Newmarket International, Inc. announced today the release of its latest computer-based training (CBT) course, entitled Delphi Training for New Employees.

The interactive CD-ROM is engineered to teach new employees the rudiments of maximizing group sales revenue using Delphi, the hospitality industry's most popular sales and event management application. The course includes sections on how to create accounts, manage contacts, schedule activities, and book business in the online Group Rooms Control log (GRC) and function diary.

The self-guided course?which runs on a standard PC and can be deployed over a network?uses animation, narration, video, built-in quizzes, and real-life scenarios to create a learning experience that is both thorough and engaging.
