Gaillard as Chief Financial Officer. Gaillard comes to Newmarket from NovaNET Learning, an educational software company based in Tucson, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Gaillard shaped NovaNet's strategic and financial direction, turning the company into an industry leader that sustained 35 percent revenue growth over a seven-year period. He also directed the development and launch of NovaNET Campus, the first online educational program designed for the home. Prior to NovaNet Learning, Gaillard spent four years as a consultant and strategist with the renowned Boston-based firm Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard University.
