Newmarket International's CCBreeze to Automate Sales, Marketing, and Event Management at Washington Convention Center
Prominent, expanding facility in nation¡¦s capital installs intuitive, Windows-based product to enhance convention sales, communication

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (August 17, 1999) Newmarket International announced today that CCBreeze has just been installed at the existing Washington Convention Center to automate its sales, marketing, and event management functions. The Washington Convention Center Authority (WCCA) is currently building a new 2.3 million square foot convention center, which will be among the top 10 meeting and exhibition facilities when it opens in 2003.

"After conducting a thorough search, the Washington Convention Center Authority selected CCBreeze for our automation needs because of its flexibility and ease of use," said Lewis H. CCBreeze uses a Microsoft SQL Server database and seamless integration to standard business applications to enhance workflow and communication between a center ¦s various departments.
