PORTSMOUTH, N.H.-Newmarket International, Inc. has named Leesa Haslam its Director of Development. Haslam will oversee Newmarket's 70-person development staff, and will report to Tim Beaulieu, the company's director of technology.

"As we continue to roll out both enterprise and Internet-based products, we needed someone to guide our growing development team," said Newmarket president Steve Giblin. "Ms. Haslam has proven expertise in managing the simultaneous activities that must take place to effectively deliver software. " Haslam comes to Newmarket from IDX Systems Corporation (Boston) where she led a team that engineered IDXsite, the medical industry's first Internet-based medical practice management system. Prior to that, Haslam led product management and development teams at Manager Software Products, Inc.
