Since opening its first property in 2006, Roomzzz has grown into eleven aparthotels across eight UK cities, each designed to offer a home-from-home environment. Built around a strong sense of belonging for guests, staff, and local charities, the brand is grounded in a simple idea: people should feel like they belong, just like in a family.

But as the business scaled, operational complexity increased.

Manual payment processing, disconnected tools, and limited visibility across properties were slowing teams down and putting pressure on operations. While the guest experience remained strong, internal processes were becoming increasingly complex and time-consuming.

To support its next phase of growth, Roomzzz selected RMS as its property management platform, following an evaluation of 20 PMS providers.

By moving to RMS, Roomzzz brought all properties onto a single platform, giving teams one login, one dashboard, and real-time visibility across the entire portfolio. This has made it easier to manage availability, support guests across locations, and drive more direct, on-site bookings, now more than three times higher than before.

A key driver of efficiency has been RMS Pay, which automates payment collection and reconciliation directly within the PMS. Payments that were previously handled manually, along with night audits and end-of-day balancing, are now automated.
