Palladium Hotel Group enters a new phase of international growth, supported by a solid business model, a strong commitment to product quality, and a clear focus on maximizing value and profitability. The company closed 2025 with a managed business volume of €1.162 billion, reflecting moderate but sustained growth in line with overall sector performance.

Within this framework, the group of owners who place their trust in Palladium Hotel Group has committed more than €1.1 billion to strategic investments aimed at new openings and repositioning projects in key destinations across the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and Asia. This development plan will accelerate the expansion of a portfolio built around brands with strong individual identities and differentiated value propositions, ensuring a qualitative evolution of both the product and the guest experience

Stable Perfomance and Development of Direct Sales and Loyalty

The group reported a year-end performance in line with an environment moving toward more moderate growth, with a managed business volume of €1.162 billion in 2025 and like-for-like growth of 2% compared to the previous year. In this context, the main operating indicators remained broadly in line with 2024 levels, including RevPAR, which recorded an increase of around 3%.

From a distribution perspective, direct sales grew by 5% year-on-year, reaching 32% of total business in 2025 and consolidating their position as one of the main commercial drivers of the hotel group.

This evolution has enabled the company to strengthen a strategy focused on direct customer relationships and loyalty—two key levers that continue to demonstrate their ability to generate repeat business, greater value, and improved commercial efficiency.

In this regard, the B2C and B2B loyalty programs of Palladium Hotel Group, which already account for 79% of direct-channel bookings, generated more than €210 million in revenue in 2025, representing growth of 5%.

Palladium Rewards stands out with more than 1.7 million loyal customers, representing a 60% increase compared to the previous year, while Palladium Travel Club, with 25,800 active memberships, grew its member base by 10%. Meanwhile, Palladium Pro, the loyalty program aimed at professional clients, now brings together close to 23,000 active travel agents, strengthening its position in the B2B segment.

This consolidation of the relationship with guests is also reflected in the experience delivered by the group. In 2025, the company improved its global recommendation and loyalty index by 24% compared to 2024. As a result of this progress, 92% of its hotels outperform the industry average, reinforcing the strength of the product and the consistency of service delivery.

Our New Openings Planned for 2026

In recent years, Palladium Hotel Group has strengthened the qualitative evolution of its portfolio through new openings, brand launches and repositioning projects, reinforcing its presence in the upscale and luxury segments. Building on this foundation, the group is now entering a new phase of expansion that will materialize in 2026 with four openings: The Site Ibiza, BLESS Hotel Barcelona, Only YOU Hotel New York and Palladium Hotel Peñíscola.

The Site Ibiza is conceived as a destination that brings together hospitality, retail, art and culinary creativity within a unique Mediterranean ecosystem. The project comprises two luxury hotels—The Site Hotel Ibiza, fully renovated under the direction of Lázaro Rosa-Violán, and The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, inaugurated last summer—along with Ibiza Gallery, a high-end retail space featuring an exclusive contemporary art venue curated by Cardi Gallery. The concept is completed by a gastronomic hub that brings together renowned brands such as Hell’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz, Coya, Leña by Dani García, Sublimotion by Paco Roncero and Tatel, creating a first-class culinary destination. With this combination, The Site Ibiza is positioned as one of the Mediterranean’s new flagship destinations, where hotel excellence and creative experiences converge.

In Barcelona, the group will open BLESS Hotel Barcelona, a 119-room property located in Plaza de Cataluña, which will become the third hotel under the luxury brand BLESS Collection Hotels. Meanwhile, Only YOU Hotel New York, with 138 rooms in the heart of Manhattan, will mark the first international opening for Only YOU Hotels, strengthening the brand’s urban and lifestyle positioning. Lastly, Palladium Hotel Peñíscola, featuring 315 rooms and located just minutes from the beach and the historic old town, will further expand the group’s presence along the Mediterranean coast.

Expansion Plan 2027-2029: Nine New Openings and Debut in Asia

Through 2029, Palladium Hotel Group plans nine additional openings beyond those already confirmed for 2026, a pipeline that consolidates its expansion in strategic destinations, most notably marking the group’s entry into Asia.

In 2027, BLESS Collection Hotels will open a new property in Ninh Van Bay (Vietnam), comprising 80 villas. This project will become the group’s first opening in Southeast Asia and represents a decisive step in the global expansion of its contemporary luxury brand. This will be followed by the brand’s debut in Milan with a 100-room project scheduled to open in 2029.

Within the lifestyle segment, Only YOU Hotels will continue to strengthen its international positioning with three confirmed openings: Venice (162 rooms) and Ibiza (156 rooms) in 2027, as well as a new hotel in Madrid (74 rooms) planned for 2029, further expanding its presence in iconic destinations.

Meanwhile, The Unexpected Hotels will advance its international growth following the brand’s launch in Ibiza, with a new opening planned for 2027 on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

The development of the all-inclusive segment will gain significant momentum in 2028 with the addition of 948 rooms in Jamaica, integrating TRS Hotels and Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts brands, as well as the Family Selection club, which will complement the complex already operated by the group in Montego Bay. That same year, the group will also celebrate the opening of its second Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts property in Imbassaí, Brazil, adding 208 rooms to the existing resort in the destination.

2025 has put our robust business model—focused on long-term value creation—to the test. The growth plan we will deploy through 2029 strengthens our presence in strategic markets and enables us to take a decisive step with our entry into Asia. We will continue to promote projects that elevate product quality and reinforce our high-value experience proposition, always with a commitment to generating a positive impact in the destinations where we operate. Abel Matutes, Chairman of Palladium Hotel Group
We closed 2025 with moderate growth in line with the evolution of the economy and the sector, demonstrating our capacity for adaptation and sustained growth. The performance of the direct channel, the strength of our loyalty programs and the momentum of brands with strong individual identities allow us to approach this new phase of normalization with a clear roadmap. Upcoming openings in destinations such as New York, Venice, Ibiza, Barcelona and Ninh Van Bay will broaden our international reach and reinforce our positioning in the luxury, lifestyle and all-inclusive segments. Jesús Sobrino, CEO of Palladium Hotel Group
