Pre-arrival and on-property campaigns highlight upsell opportunities such as spa appointments, restaurant reservations, and curated experiences, each driving significant ancillary revenue.

Within the automated pre-arrival emails, guests can also submit preferences — such as pillow types, room scents, and dietary needs — allowing for a more personalised stay and making every subsequent message more relevant and valuable. These preferences are captured in the platform and saved to each guest’s profile for ongoing personalisation.
