HFTP Announces Topic of October Club Forum: Financial Reporting for Clubs
Annually, HFTP hosts its interactive Club Forum on the day ahead of the HFTP Annual Convention. The Forum focuses on a different pressing topic each year and is a complimentary event for HFTP members only. This year, the Club Forum will be held on October 21 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla. At the 2025 Club Forum, participants will learn to build effective financial reporting frameworks tailored to their club's unique needs through an interactive, collaborative working session. This hands-on forum brings together club professionals to work in small groups, sharing insights and experiences while reviewing real-world reporting examples. This practical session provides templates and best practices that busy club professionals can immediately implement through collaborative review of real-world reporting examples. By the end of this session, attendees will be able to: Participants are invited to share their existing reports for each category discussed below. All reports will be completely anonymized to protect club identity and confidential information. The more examples that are available for review together, the richer the discussion and outcomes will be. A small review committee will pre-select the most representative examples for each session segment. HFTP members are invited to register for the 2025 Club Forum. Registration for the 2025 HFTP Annual Convention — Oct. 22–24 at the Rosen Centre Hotel — is also available.
