Fourteen IP is delighted to announce the recent launch of its Florida based US office in Orlando. Providing sales and support for its above property Evolution family of cloud based Telephony, WiFi and Network Support services, the Florida office is added to its UK headquarters and European sales office in the Czech Republic. The opening of the US office comes on the back of signing multi-national Framework Agreements with two of the world's largest global hotel chains to be the provider of choice for their above property Evolution Voice telephony service. As part of one of these frameworks, Fourteen IP has secured the contract to deploy Evolution Voice telephony services across 42 hotels in the UK, which will help the premium hospitality brand fulfil its mission to provide a convenient and state-of-the-art experience to its hotel guests and associates. Beyond that, the fully managed cloud-based solution, powered by Broadsoft has already been launched in 11 countries and roll outs have begun, which will see the service installed in 17,000 guest rooms worldwide. The strategic decision by one of Fourteen IP's global customers to standardise on a cloud-based solution has been part of a long term goal to consolidate its mixture of telephone systems, of all makes and shapes and sizes and ages at thousands of properties around the world. The chosen service has been made possible as a result of Fourteen IP working very closely with its partners and customers to create a solution that meets the commercial and technical needs of both individual hotels and large multinational chains. Fourteen IP has established network inter-connects with multi-global communication providers and already demonstrated the improved service and commercial benefits of its cloud-based services at prestigious hotels in Venice, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam and London. The new agreement builds on a long-term relationship between the hotel chain and Fourteen IP founders, which spans more than 10 years. Fourteen IP offers a single point of contact for technical support in all 27 countries covered by the contract.
