Cloudbeds Launches Passport 2023, a Global Hotelier Conference

Cloudbeds, the hospitality management platform powering more reservations and happier guests for lodging businesses around the globe, announces the launch of Passport, its first-ever global user conference. The global online event takes place on October 10, 2023, with three keynote broadcasts for EMEA, Americas, and APAC in the span of 24 hours.

This inaugural event brings together the global Cloudbeds community to navigate today’s hospitality trends, deep dive into product updates and tips, and hear from hoteliers driving this industry forward. Attendees will hear directly from Cloudbeds’ product experts, customers, and partners and leave with practical tips and inspiration for their lodging businesses.

At Cloudbeds, we have some of the brightest minds in technology building out tools to make hoteliers’ lives infinitely easier. We sit on industry advisory boards that set pace for the future. And we work with the most forward-thinking customers and partners in the industry. Passport User Conference is our way of opening up access to this wealth of product knowledge, insights, and expertise for the greater Cloudbeds community. Adam Harris, CEO & Co-Founder of Cloudbeds

Set in a dynamic year for technology, this year’s product keynote at Passport is themed Technology That Makes Us More Human: The Future of Hospitality in the Age of A.I., an in-depth look at how Cloudbeds is reimagining everyday work and reshaping how independent hoteliers run their business.

Attendees will also hear from industry experts on the key trends driving hospitality in 2024, as well as from Cloudbeds hoteliers on how they are building next-generation lodging businesses.

Cloudbeds is joined by partners from Amadeus, Atomize, Booking.com, Cleveland Research Company, Operto, OTA Insight, Pricepoint, Room Price Genie, STR, and more.

The event also features a series of on-demand workshops with product tips and expert advice for increasing revenue, streamlining operations, and delighting guests. The agenda highlights practical tips and topics geared toward independent hoteliers, including revenue management, direct booking, channel distribution, custom data reporting, and more.

The event is free for the Cloudbeds community. To register, visit www.cloudbeds.com/passport.
