Munich - Apaleo, the open hospitality platform, has been selected and successfully rolled out by Germany’s eighth largest property, Revo, as its property management platform, to design a technology infrastructure catering to its tribrid concept mixing the advantages of hotels, serviced apartments, and individualized living under one roof. Revo is designed to be convenient, connected and community-centred. With this new construction located South-East of Munich, Revo becomes one of the largest commercial accommodations facilities in Germany with 607 rooms, apartments & studios, 5 meeting spaces, and 3 food & beverage outlets. The venue also provides leisure facilities such as a 24/7 gym, a cinema, a gaming area, a library, a bike workshop, a concept store, a feng shui garden and more. With numerous unit types and the large space to cover operationally, Apaleo’s multi-inventory management capabilities combined with the high degree of automation it enables was a determining factor for Revo's team. Revo is part of the HR Group based in Berlin. Originally founded by Vienna House, the brand will open its first property on the international hotel market in Munich in 2022.
