Munich - With the 5-star Hotel Anjum Makkah in the holy city of Mecca dailypoint™ welcomes its first customer in Saudi Arabia. The Anjum offers 1,743 rooms and suites, a unique location and a fantastic view over the pilgrimage city.

With the acquisition of the hotel in Saudi Arabia, dailypoint™ is still on course for global growth despite the Corona crisis. "We are thrilled to be able to establish ourselves on the Arab market with the Anjum Hotel Makkah and to be allowed to make a name for ourselves especially in this city which is so rich in history. Decisive factors for the hotel's decision for our software were the central guest profile created by dailypoint™ and enriched with AI and the deep two-way integration with Oracle OPERA," says Dr. Michael Toedt, CEO of dailypoint™.

Mohamed Naffakhi, Project Manager of the Anjum Hotel Makkah explains: "For us it was important not only to get a marketing software but also a central platform that supports us in our daily business. The fact that dailypoint™ dispatches reservation confirmations - also via SMS - in which we can integrate payment links, also impressed us. The possibility of combining several reservations in one confirmation for group bookings is an enormous workload reduction for our reservation staff."
