Hotel One Sixty-Six required a PMS that offered the simplicity of a SaaS solution with the ability to improve the guest journey throughout the property. The addition of rGuest Pay ensures secure guest payment transactions and seamless integration to rGuest Stay. The property offers 216 newly renovated over-sized guestrooms and suites, and over 2,700 SF of meeting and event space.
