This integration removes the need for analog phone solutions in guest rooms and the back office by making BluIP's VoIP services available to guests and staff via tablets.

INTELITY and BluIP now allow users to place external, guest-to-guest, and guest-to-staff calls through in-room tablets. By implementing this technology, properties can replace outdated landline phones, which helps streamline and declutter guest rooms, minimize system maintenance, and reduce costs. In addition to cost reduction, using VoIP tech provides carrier-grade communications from the back office into the guest room and allows properties to bring all their communications onto a single, unified system.
