YOTEL's new mobile brand app and mobile key capability, powered by INTELITY, will give guests the convenience of skipping the front desk through mobile check-in. They will also be able to request hotel services, communicate with staff, and access information, including curated city guides. YOTEL staff will use INTELITY's full-service back-office solution, INTELITY Staff, to organize and fulfill guest requests, process and track work orders, and view real-time data analytics.
