Three-Day Event Will be Held Jan. 23-25 at M Resort in Las Vegas
17 November 2016

ALPHARETTA, GA. -- Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, today announced that registration is open for the annual industry-leading Agilysys Inspire User Conference & Executive Summit 2017. A popular event for Agilysys customers, the conference will be held Jan. 23-25 at M Resort in Las Vegas, and will feature thought-leadership sessions focused on 'Re-Imagining Hospitality' designed to help customers drive revenue growth while improving the guest experience.

Inspire 2017 will kick off with guest speaker Scott McKain, an internationally recognized business leader and author. Founder of a consulting and training company that explores the role of the ultimate customer experience, McKain helps organizations create distinction in every phase of business. The conference will also feature nearly 100 dynamic and interactive educational sessions and will bring together hospitality professionals and industry thought leaders to exchange inspiration and best practices on how to increase revenue, optimize operational efficiency and create stronger connections with guests.

The three-day event will give attendees an opportunity to network with industry peers and share information about how to achieve success using Agilysys solutions for property management, point-of-sale, inventory and procurement, transaction payment, document management and more. In addition, the concurrent Agilysys Executive Summit will provide a special track for senior-level executives that features roundtable and panel discussions that address topics customers have identified as mission-critical to their businesses. And, to demonstrate the power of end-to-end hospitality solutions, a Partner Pavilion will showcase products that integrate with Agilysys software to deliver increased value across the property.

This year's conference will conclude with a special 'Agilysys Concert for the Kids'. The event, which will be held at Brooklyn Bowl, will include an evening of music with recording artist and Global Exchange's Domestic Human Rights Award recipient Michael Franti. As part of the event, funds will be raised to benefit Las Vegas youth charities.

"In keeping with our theme of 'Re-Imagining Hospitality,' we hope to energize attendees and give them an exciting new perspective on our industry," said Jim Dennedy, president and chief executive officer of Agilysys. "We have an outstanding roster of speakers as well as lively and informative sessions that we hope will encourage participants to make the most of their technology investment. Our goal for this conference is to provide information that not only helps our customers strengthen their operations and grow their businesses, but also enables them to create lasting and memorable connections with guests."

An Inspire 2017 app, available for both Android and iPhone devices, will be released in early January. With the app, attendees can create personalized agendas and view session dates and times, speaker bios and exhibitor details. The app will also alert attendees to upcoming events, scheduling changes and other important information. The early-bird registration fee, through Dec. 23, is $849 per person. Beginning Dec. 24, the registration fee will be $995 per person. Registration includes access to all educational sessions and events as well as breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. Agilysys is also offering a single-day pass for Tuesday, Jan. 24, or Wednesday, Jan. 25, for $695 per person. Organizations that send five or more attendees to the conference will receive a 10 percent discount.

Target audiences for the conference include high-level decision makers and mid-level managers, such as chief executive officers, chief information officers, information technology directors, hotel managers, food and beverage managers, revenue managers, reservation managers and front office managers.
