Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, which recently completed extensive renovations, includes a hotel, casino, several food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities, RV park, gas station and general store. The resort wanted a property management system that would strengthen operations, integrate seamlessly with its gaming applications, and provide robust sales and catering functionality. The property also wanted a payment gateway that would safeguard guests' financial data and reduce the risks associated with credit card acceptance.
