(Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, today announced that Grand America Hotels and Resorts, headquartered in Salt Lake City, has selected a comprehensive Agilysys solution suite — including InfoGenesis® POS, rGuest® Pay and rGuest® Seat — to streamline food and beverage delivery at 20 restaurants in six locations. Grand America Hotels and Resorts, which owns properties in five states, needed integrated point-of-sale and payment gateway systems that would optimize food and beverage operations and secure sensitive cardholder data. The executive team also wanted a comprehensive restaurant reservation, table and wait list management solution that would automate reservations, improve wait list execution and enable the organization's food and beverage outlets to personalize engagement with diners. "We needed state-of-the-art technology that would strengthen our entire food and beverage operation, and the Agilysys solutions met all our criteria," said Mark Quealy, point of sale food systems manager at Grand America Hotels and Resorts.
