(Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, today announced that Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, S.C., has selected InfoGenesis® POS, InfoGenesis® Flex and rGuest® Pay to streamline food and beverage operations. Wild Dunes Resort is managed by Destination Hotels, which uses the solutions at several of its properties.

An upscale beach resort, Wild Dunes offers a variety of accommodations, ranging from guest rooms and suites to private condominiums and luxury beach homes. The resort also includes 17 tennis courts, two golf courses, spa services, conference facilities and several restaurants. The management team wanted fully integrated point-of-sale and payment gateway solutions that would optimize food and beverage efficiency while securing sensitive cardholder data. Additionally, integration with the resort's property management system was essential. The Agilysys solutions met all the management team's criteria and more, with features and functionality that will help Wild Dunes boost productivity and offer a quality experience in a wide variety of settings.

The solution is designed to keep revenue flowing and guests satisfied in the most demanding high-volume environments. Its powerful offline capabilities ensure uninterrupted performance, even where Wi-Fi connectivity is inconsistent. Managers also have access to all InfoGenesis tools while on the floor, so they can oversee operations 'on-the-go' and make immediate service adjustments.

• rGuest Pay ─ Agilysys' payment gateway that enables complete and secure payment processing. rGuest Pay leverages one of the only payment offerings that includes: validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE), which reduces the potential for malicious hacking and fraud; a Payment Information Proxy (PIP) that secures data arriving via e-commerce interfaces; robust tokenization, which eliminates storage of cardholder data; and a full range of fixed and mobile EMV-ready payment devices that ensure compliance with new card security regulations. rGuest Pay integrates with any POS or PMS product and offers fixed and predictable costs with flat monthly rates and no volume tiers.
