This entails a comprehensive 360° review and provides an evaluation of the client's Rezlynx Property Management System, Distribution channels, online booking channels and websites to highlight revenue challenges and opportunities. This is a consultative review with recommendations for business and process improvements to increase revenue. Clients will receive a follow up visit and full report to review the findings of the audit.
