Guestline renew their Preferred Partner status

Guestline are delighted to be awarded Preferred Supplier Status once again this year by Booking.com. Guestline are one of only 34 partners to have achieved this status out of over 700 channel managers that connect with Booking.com.

To achieve this sought-after position and be recognised as a preferred supplier, partners have to comply with a strict criteria. Operators must have a low (0.05% or under) overbooking ratio, fast booking retrieval time (less than 1 minute) and low fall back to fax rate (no more than 1%). The ongoing relationship between Booking.com and Guestline makes the sign up and go live process for Guestline users to Booking.com a much quicker and seamless process for all parties.
