Destination Hotels uses the solutions at several of its other properties, including: The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, N.C.; Quirk Hotel in Richmond, Va.; The Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Town and Country Resort & Convention Center in San Diego. An upscale all-season mountain resort, Suncadia offers a variety of accommodations, ranging from a small intimate inn to a collection of luxury homes and condominiums. The resort also includes a conference center, fitness facility, spa, amphitheater, golf course and several restaurants. The management team wanted fully integrated point-of-sale and payment gateway solutions that would optimize food and beverage delivery while securing sensitive cardholder data. The Agilysys solutions met the property's criteria, with state-of-the-art features and functionality that will help Suncadia provide seamless service and offer an exceptional guest experience.
