The historic Hotel Normandie was recently restored to update the guest experience while retaining its charm. Managed by broughtonHOTELS, they wanted a PMS that would build upon the uniqueness of all their individual properties, while allowing them to improve upon their management business.
The Hotel Normandie went live with ATRIO PMS in the fall of 2014 and the hotel has welcomed the change. ATRIO PMS was easy to implement and use. ATRIO PMS reduced the hotel's front desk training by a full week.
