Long standing Guestline customers, Corus Hotel Group, have recently implemented Guestline's integrated EPoS solution across their hotel and restaurant portfolio to further embrace cloud technology following a successful installation at their Berkshire hotel, Burnham Beeches. Corus were looking for an EPoS solution that would seamlessly integrate with their Rezlynx property management system. Their new EPoS now offers the group a more professional customer experience with enhanced accuracy and speed of service. All restaurant and bar orders are entered straight onto the system line by line, saving the group time by reducing the amount of manual posting of cash and charges and increasing the speed of service at check-out. The adoption of Guestline EPoS has been very successful for food and beverage sales across the group as lost orders and revenue has been eliminated. The added bonus at the group's flagship London hotel, Corus Hyde Park, is that residents can dine at any of the group's standalone restaurants in the capital and their orders are automatically posted to their hotel room bill.
