Dolce Hayes Mansion Closes Sales & Catering Deals 96 Percent Faster
Sertifi, an innovative eSignature provider within hospitality, shares that Dolce Hayes Mansion, a world-renowned property for its ideal meeting venue and conference center, gets contracts signed within 12 hours and captures event deposits within one day.

CHICAGO – Today, Sertifi announced that Dolce's sales and catering group utilizes its integrated eSignature and payment solution to significantly speed the sales process, while reducing the risk and liability of security data breaches.

Prior to Sertifi, Dolce used a paper-based process to collect and store signed contracts. On average, it took five days for customers to fax back signed contracts. Event deposits weren't paid until three days later and required multiple phone calls requesting payment. The process lacked the ability to track and manage deals.

With Sertifi, Dolce enables customers to conveniently sign and pay at once. Customer credit card payments are processed in a PCI-compliant manner, protecting sensitive cardholder data. Sertifi integrates with Dolce's existing payment gateway to provide a seamless process and easy way to track, report, issue refunds, and charge remaining balances.
