PAR Springer-Miller will work with Downtown Project to utilize the ATRIO Property Management System for Oasis at Gold Spike Hotel, and other exclusively rented units throughout the Downtown footprint. Downtown Project is a $350 million investment to help to revitalize Downtown Las Vegas. The project seeks to forge a community of entrepreneurial energy, creativity and innovation through investments in real estate and development; small businesses; education, arts, and culture; and tech startups.
