Aptech Computer Systems, Inc. announced HRI Lodging, LLC (HRIL) will install the Targetvue, Execuvue®, and Profitvue® systems for its 17 hotels. HRIL selected Aptech's systems to simplify property reporting, data collection, and budgeting/forecasting for its expanding portfolio. In mid 2013, 11-property HRIL expanded via a joint venture with MetWest Terra Hospitality to operate 6 additional hotels. "MetWest had its own financial systems, as did HRI prior to the joint venture," said Alan Baer, Senior Vice President Finance for HRIL and CFO of MetWest Terra Hospitality. HRIL found that combining processes and updating its existing systems would be costly. "Our team visited Aptech offices to assess capabilities and the company's culture," Baer said. "We selected Aptech because it has extensive experience with growing multi-property, multi-PMS operations like ours. Aptech's Targetvue, Execuvue, and Profitvue solution suite is also more cost effective than upgrading our existing systems."

Aptech will automate all HRIL's financial processes and reporting
"We do lots of reports for Ownership. Aptech's integrated platform for Targetvue budgeting and forecasting, Execuvue business intelligence, and Profitvue back office GL will automate our financial processes," Baer said. Aptech will also provide a mobile-ready dashboard so HRIL can remotely oversee performance for all properties. Baer said HRIL will take advantage of Execuvue's pre-configured 'jump-start' report packages for faster goal achievement.
