Xn Hotel Systems To Distribute Market Leading Stock & Procurement Management Solution
6 August 2013

Xn Hotel Systems is delighted to announce that it has commenced the distribution of procure.net, a best of breed stock & procurement management system dedicated to the hospitality, food & beverage and leisure industries.

procure.net is proven in over 60 installations across Asia, Africa and Europe and is already setting the standard for hospitality best practice. The largest implementation at Sun City Resort in South Africa has over one hundred concurrent users across multiple departments and multiple hotels. Xn Hotel Systems has already installed procure.net for the Windsor Management Company (WMC) in Vietnam. WMC use procure.net to control their complete inventory and procurement needs for its substantial food & beverage operations across hotels, restaurants and the largest night club in Ho Chi Minh City.

procure.net is a complete and adaptable procurement and inventory management solution to manage, control and report on the entire spectrum of business. It focuses on all processes to maintain stock, set pricing strategy, manage recipes and menus, maintain vendor contracts and quality, and reduce cost of goods.

procure.net can be deployed as a centralized or decentralized solution as needed (single site or multi-property enabled), and is highly scalable, feature-rich, and user-friendly. It interfaces seamlessly with many leading Point of Sale systems (including Xn POS, Reservation Assistant, Micros 8700 / 9700 among others) as well as numerous accounting packages at an Accounts Payable and General Ledger level. The solution is optionally B2B-enabled, allowing vendors to quote and compete in a ‘walled’ marketplace within pre-defined parameters. A familiar Microsoft Office look and feel ensures it is easy to follow and understand user-defined workflows, also enabling drill-down to source documentation to maximize speed and efficiency.

Craig Chait, SVP Sales & Marketing – Asia Pacific for Xn Hotel Systems commented: “We are delighted to be marketing such a world-class solution. procure.net redefines this space, and provides a paradigm shift with what is the next-generation stock and procurement management solution.

One of the numerous strengths of procure.net is the ability to provide real-time and transaction-level trade analysis of any operation it supports, using alerts to identify issues proactively, rather than reactively. By bridging the gap between point of sale and cost control at a granular transaction-level, at both sales and cost sides, a user can plan, set pricing strategy and menu engineering, and instigate change control to mitigate risk before and during rather than after.

procure.net™ is readily scalable to meet the demands of independent properties with limited resources, up to larger multi-faceted corporate chains with greater needs such as regional and headquarter offices, multi-currency requirements and group consolidation of stock and vendor management. As such, we are very excited to offer procure.net™ as a key component of our product offering, enriching our global customer base as well as strengthening the integration with many popular point of sale and leisure management solutions.”
