In price trends report,The hotels in Amsterdam across all categories are smartly optimizing their revenue based on the expected demands. However in 4 star category Best western Amsterdam airport, should be attracting more guests, due to exceptional low rate compared to other hotels in the vicinity. One more interesting thing we have noticed is that between Feb and April most of the cities have increased their prices. The percentage increase in the following categories are: But Barcelona has an opposite trend between Feb and March where they have reduced their prices by -66.89% under 4 star category and -55.00% under 5 star category. In Parity trend report,we have captured that out of all the cities, Amsterdam hotels are mostly cheapest on the OTA sites and it seems 3 star hotels in Helsinki are not maintaining their rate parity.
