Specialized for the Hospitality industry and ION-enabled for integration to other Infor products, Infor10 EAM Hospitality Edition has an extensive selection of multi-organization tools to allow facilitates to manage several tasks and departments from one integrated application. Now, hotels have the ability to reduce costs through effective systems management, comprehensive work order functions, integrated purchasing, centralized call centers, and easy-to-use scheduling tools.

Infor10 EAM Hospitality Edition uses best practices for sustainability to allow properties to incorporate the consumption, costs, and environmental impact of natural resources—water, air, gas, electricity, and steam—into an asset management strategy to reduce costs and help achieve Energy Star standards.

Keep all information about any asset on the property—from televisions, to vehicles to bed linens—in one database for easy retrieval and input on activities, movements and upkeep.
• Tools for the mobile workforce – Personnel can move from room to room or site to site, and still access and record maintenance information, conduct inspections, and track inventory.
• Support for green initiatives and asset sustainability – Information on asset sustainability can be applied to obtain an Energy Star rating certificate and properties can use this green certification as a marketing tool to promote the brand as environmentally friendly, attracting new guests and satisfying existing guests who are focused on going green.
• Enhanced risk management and regulatory compliance - Key performance indicators (KPIs) and real-time performance monitoring proactively identify potential problems with high-risk equipment. And, documentation from calibration reports, electronic signatures, greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting, and asset tracking keep the organization audit-ready.
• Real-time preventive maintenance alerts – Metered and timed notifications alert team members of routine maintenance that must be completed based on the number of times a room has been occupied. This helps to keep guest room equipment operating at peak performance, while at the same time ensuring that the property is not using resources to perform unnecessary repairs or inspections.
• Trusted information for fleet management - If a hotel or resort operates airport shuttles, limousine services, golf carts, or any vehicle type asset, the property can establish maintenance and repair schedules to monitor and alert team members when routine fleet maintenance is required, extending the life of the asset.
