The Lodge Hotel London
Situated in attractive tree-lined Putney, moments from the River Thames, the 60-bedroom Lodge provides an ideal base in south west London for business and pleasure. The relationship between the Lodge and Xn dates back to 2008, when protel PMS was implemented at the hotel. In 2010, the hotel went through an extensive refurbishment programme, seeing the redevelopment of the hotel exterior, coupled with a redesign and fitting of the interior, bedrooms and public areas, creating a stylish blend of contemporary and traditional design. With an increased emphasis on a quality Food & Beverage offering, the need for a fully featured and integrated EPoS system became apparent and dotPOS was selected by the owner and management team. “We have had no regrets about our decision to choose Xn and protel back in 2008, so it was a logical decision to select their EPoS system, once we had established our functionality requirements and agreed a competitive price”, stated Ben Hirschfeld, Proprietor of the Lodge Hotel. “We are pleased to continue and extend our relationship with a company that has provided us with excellent support for over 4 years now”. The system will be interfaced to protel and will go live in September 2012.
