MICROS’s hotel management software, which will be installed over a 11-month period starting in July, will manage approximately 4,000 units located across the 27 hotels, condominium resorts, villas, and cottages. The complete solution includes the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) to manage the daily tasks of each property, OPERA Revenue Management System (ORMS) for an instant response to reservation activity, OPERA Vacation Ownership System (OVOS) for management of condo properties, OPERA Web Suite for online reservation capabilities for the condo owners, and interfaces for distribution and wholesaler activities. With the Aston Condominium Resort Collection having multiple agreements with condo owners, MICROS, through a strategic partnership, enabled complex owner revenue distribution capabilites to bring specific condo ownership benefits to the properties.
