Clarenco is a new collection of unusual and unique luxury venues and hotels throughout the UK. Venues across Scotland, England and Wales include magnificent castles, three historic sea forts, fairytale chateaux and a converted monastery. Having evaluated the major PMS solutions in the marketplace, Clarenco chose Xn Hotel Systems to implement protel Multi Property Edition (MPE) across 6 properties. "We needed a solution that was capable of managing our business both at the properties and centrally", stated Greg Ward, Sales & Operations Director. "Of crucial importance is the event management capability within protel, as well as the integrated CRM functionality provided, which avoids the need to interface to a third party system or to maintain separate databases. We were also keen to outsource the hosting of the chosen solution to the vendor."
