Hawkwell House Hotel is a 66 bedroom hotel, located in Iffley Village, Oxford. Its character, facilities and location make it a perfect venue for business meetings, conferences and weddings. The hotel's management team was keen to embrace new technologies in order to maximise revenue and streamline processes. Having implemented the IDeaS Revenue Management System, the hotel then selected protel PMS. The system's interface to IDeaS was crucial in the decision, as were the fully integrated conference, banqueting, sales and marketing modules.
