The Greenbrier implemented myfidelio.net, a component of the OPERA Enterprise Solution, on May 16, 2011, allowing the property to take full advantage of its user-friendly, integrated technology and reservation services. MICROS’s myfidelio.net empowers The Greenbrier to control 100 percent of its inventory from a single entry point, consolidating and distributing its hotel rooms through various sales channels including reservations booked directly through OPERA, and those sold on the Internet and through third party channels.
